Since 2012 Lauren has been a huge part of the Character Kids program. Lauren assists in the planning and implementing of the quality activities and outings that Character Kids has become so sought after for. She has helped the program achieve the highest level of excellence in the Better Beginnings program and continues to work hard to find new ways to make our program engaging for the kids. Lauren serves the families of Character Kids with love and compassion and her dedication is what makes our program a family.

Melissa ensures that all employees of Character Kids meet the standards of the state and the Better Beginnings program through updated background checks, scheduling continuing education of 25 plus hours a year, and that all are CPR certified within 3 months of hire. She coordinates activities that are fun and engaging for the staff to help keep the family bond that we are very proud of at D.O.C.K. and Character Kids.

As Curriculum coordinator for Character Kids, Lacey ensures that we maintain a level of excellence that meets or exceeds the bar set by the Better Beginning Program. The planning and energy, Lacey puts into our program ensures that your child's day is full of activities that promote a unique experience and encourage a healthy peer relationship.
