Lea Anne ensures that all 70+employees of D.O.C.K. and Character Kids meet the standards of the state and the Better Beginnings program through updated background checks, scheduling continuing education of 25 plus hours a year, and that all are CPR certified within 3 months of hire. She coordinates activities that are fun and engaging for the staff to help  keep the family bond that we are very proud of at D.O.C.K. and Character Kids.

Provides daily activities for children ages 3 and above that include bible lessons, cultural experiences, and music and movement. Plans school wide events throughout the year from Fall Fest, Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas Programs, Mother's Day Tea, and End of the year graduation programs.
